HR is the backbone of an organisation as it deals with the most important resources of an organisation i.e. people. They create a positive environment for employees.
HR is now becoming a strategic partner in the business.
They play a key role in making hiring decisions, ensuring the working environment is safe, and promoting and maintaining employee satisfaction.
Compensation and benefits packages are probably at the forefront of every employees mind. HR specialists can develop compensation packages that are realistic for a job’s requirements but also competitive with other businesses.
They work on maintenance and growth of human capital such has an great impact on the company's success.


HRs active on social media

They are active on social media to hire talent and to create diversity in an organisation.
Social media is also used to get more information about the candidate's personality as it cannot be gained just by looking at the CV.
HRs also see to it that the employees inform their grievance in a formal way to the organisation and not by informally posting on social media to gain attention, this may harm the image of the organisation.
Social media is also used to connect to some of the professionals for their service like motivational speakers or trainers for the employees.
Social media is also a great tool for listening, monitoring, learning and collaboration. It's always a good idea to listen to what current and potential employees are saying about the company.
These platforms are also used for praising employees to show that their work is being recognized which also encourage him and other employees to perform better.
It can also be used for training purpose and team building.
HRs also makes sure that the story of their organisation is portrayed well on media by posting photos, blogs, making pages on Facebook, Instagram, twitter and so on.
