Aviation job fest strategy

Hello team, 

I have an idea regarding the promotion of our Aviation job fest. It is basically related to networking to people from the aviation industry on LinkedIn.
We can try and connect to people from the aviation industry on Linkedin. We can have a target of connecting to at least 5 people daily. First the core team can do this and then others can join us. Though we use many hash tags in our posts it still might not have that much reach.
After connecting to HRs from the Aviation industry, we can keep them engaged by posting interesting aviation industry related posts on Linkedin which will help us create a goodwill towards our Linkedin profile. These posts can be decided a day prior by us on our whats app group. Everyone need not write it. 3 or 4 people can write at least 2 interesting posts related to aviation industry, share it at night on the whats app group and early morning everyone can post it. Also try joining Aviation industry groups on Linkedin so that you can share your job related posts over there.
And even if we don’t get their contact details, we will stay be connected to them through Linkedin. Our candidate related posts will be read by them now as ‘post from their Linkedin connection’.      
   This way you’ll also increase your number of Linkedin connections and also get in contact with more number of recruiters for the fest.
