Today's world is full of advent of digital platforms  and technologies. With this new advent, it totally shaken off the focus of the organisations that seems to be shifting from QUANTITY to QUALITY. Due to this, some organisations are started believing in the SMART workers as they are now becoming more successful than the HARD Leaders.
No doubt in this that the Leaders of today's modern world are seems tactful in making the decisions to the demands of the Buisness and the market place. It is really difficult to distinguish between Smart Leader and Hard Worker.
Once in a T20 Cricket match, a question arises that - "Who is better : The Player, who kept his wicket long enough and scored runs by taking Singles & Sweating it out through the match OR The one who stayed for a short time but scored 'Fours'  & 'Sixes' to get the same score. The meaning is hidden automatically in these lines. Inshort , Hard work is about doing things right but Smart work is more about how to do right things.
"Work Harder , Smarter Better"
We can't say, don't work hard as it then becomes a debatable topic. Work hard is always a Myth since many years but now the way in which the world is changing and adapting the new version of thinking being a Smart Leader.
To become a successful Leader, there is key i.e. have the ability to adapt to any situation and always evolve on your own strategy to come out but for that it requires both creativity and maintaining equations.
As you know in today's modern world , where everything is going to talk about being Smart right, just take an example of phone we use, it is fully clear that we want everything that is faster, cheaper and better.
Today the world we see is totally different, competition is now become ferocious and an innovation is creating the new markets and products. Consumers are eagerly willing to wait and want to pay for the good product, but if products don't deliver the promise then the consumer will not take time to reject. The market place has evolved into a smart, informed and a well-connected.
Hard work can be equated to operational excellence whereas smart work is more explained by strategic and creative thinking.
Let's take the term Smart Leader & Hard Worker, these term are the clinches' that are basically testify the one's approach & efforts towards the work or anything. It is just a change in the one's  certain circumstances and the context of the work that measures and make a person either a Smart Leader or a Hard Worker. These both the terms are not absolute to each other but most often it goes hand on hand.
To productively handle and manage the challenging work scenerio , one must have to come up with some creative ideas and better effective ways of getting the work done and even at the same time, always be ready to put whatever hard work that is required & necessary to complete and meet the challenge.
Traits like intelligence, ability, cognitive and adaptability are mostly often linked with the Smart Leaders . Indeed, whoever wishes to become successful in life, haa to mostly play the both rules i.e. being a Smart Leader as well as a Hard Worker. Being one of the two doesn't enough , one must be both.
"In the Name Of Smart Work, being a smart Leader , don't invent intelligent ways to escape hard work"
