1. Hello, please tell me a little bit about yourself and your interests.
I wanted to do my internship in core HR work..but bcz of this pandemic..I didn't had any options left..only virtual Internship and work from home was there to apply. I started applying every where..I didn't leave any job portal..and some how I received confirmation from AirCrews Aviation Pvt Ltd.. and I had to say yes. My second month of internship is really fun and productive.
2. What gave you a motivation to start and continue working at this field of work?
I received an opportunity to have a team and motivate them every single day. That's why I had to energetic and active all time.. to be available for my team and solve their queries and also motivate them.
Few of my team members only motivate them to do work more effectively. Few of them ask me for more work.. and that's what makes me realize that I should think out of the box now.
3. In your opinion, what is the secret to a successful career at Aviation?
I would say .. situation like covid and even during recession..the only thing which can really help out is having patience.
4. What are your goals over the next 10 months?
Work more. Do live projects. And I learnt so many things in this internship. So I have more interest to know and work in Airline/Hospitality HR.
5. How does the epidemic of COVID – 19 reflects at your career and the hole sector you work in? How you and your colleagues are dealing with these challenges?
I took this covid era in positive. Before this pandemic I really had no enough time to learn and even to do some courses which is related to my domain. So now I have enough time to learn and work more on my skills. I'm really blessed with my team members, few of them are really working hard and alternate days they always ask what is next project ? Therefore they are always curious and this things makes me more active and teaches me to work more hard.
6. What is the future of aviation?
Well, in mid April-May I genuinely thought what would be my career growth bcz I have been doing my internship in an Aviation company. I was tensed little bit.. but last Month few airlines had started with their regular schedule, taking care of their employees..so that was a good sign to know. I'm looking forward to see more improvement in Aviation and Airlines field. And for sure there will be definately a positive approach towards society and youngsters who will be interested doing jobs in Airlines and Aviation.
