1. Make International Tie-Ups for Ab-initio Pilot Training, TRTO, Air Charters and Air Crew HR Organisations from all over the world.
2. Making the PPTs, Articles, Blogs  more interesting and fun for the readers include current Aviation Affairs to raise the Web Traffic hike.
3. HR, Mktg and eComm Plateform 
4. Support for Blog and Android Apps Development
5 Mystery Audits [ Non Financial ]  for Aviation and Non Aviation Organisations.

2. Why did you hire me ? what value addition I am giving to your company

We  hired you because We saw that potential and dedication in you for doing this internship. value addition You are  giving to our company is help in guiding team regarding task , importance of time management how work should be done within time.

3) As a BDM what are my roles and responsibilities

a) Develop effective sales plans and business cases to meet or exceed sales objectives.

b) Identify and recruit sales personnel with right skills to provide best-in-class sales performance.

c) Supervise, train and direct sales team on how to improve sales performance.

d) Conduct trainings and performance improvement programs to address the skill set gaps identified in the organisation.

e) Manage resources and budget requirements to seamlessly execute business project within the defined scope.

f) Analyse market competitive situation and customer requirements in order to facilitate better planning and execution of sales plan.

g) Handle all Social Media for Branding
