iv) Keep a list of all members' leaves and me_time schedule.
v) Report directly to Admin.
New Protocols to be followed
1. Normally No Leave will be granted to Interns, except in special cases. Please Inform us in Advance in case of any Emergency. Please Ping 👍 🙋♂ In Group for Digi Present at 1000 Hrs Daily. But you can always apply for @Me_Time
2. Basic knowledge of Aircrews Aviation Pvt Ltd and Aviation Industry is expected.
3. From Monday to Friday, work timings are 1000 hours to 1800 hours (10 am to 6pm) and on Saturday it is 1100 hours to 1430 hours ( 11am to 2:30pm) , since it is COVID 19 period so the timings are subject to change. Always use 24 Hrs Clock for timing [ Avoid AM / PM]
4. Kindly avoid calling/messaging at Non-Internship Timing, until very unless urgent.
5. As your internship is time flexible, you have to inform if you are facing any kind of problem in working hours which can be managed with your prior information.
6. During the work timings, all Interns are expected to be online on WhatsApp. No dual or multiple Internship will be allowed without written permission.
7. Interns are expected to be interactive and have good peer relationship
8. Every task should be viewed properly and kindly adhere the deadline and submit it through mail.
9. Do not argue with the mentor in respect to tasks and deadlines.
10. No misconduct will be tolerated and in case if found disciplinary action will be taken.
11. No leakage of Confidential Information will be tolerated else your internship will be subject to cancellation or legal action or both.

13. Each one should have Bio and official Id of Aircrews Aviation Pvt Ltd. before the start of the Internship and also should have a signature and digital card with updated social media.
