'Productivity' , this term is now become very common nowadays. Almost many people heared or aware about it i.e. What is it basically !? Many people make their strategy to increase their productive. But, he/she ignores the vital strategy that will increase the Productivity better than any other strategy.
 There is a wonderful quote -
"Most people overestimate what they can do in a month and underestimate what they can do in an hour." 
Often people ignore the power of 'Time'. Always take stress of deadlines etc due to lack of time management. But , the one who understand the power of it never lacks in managing the time. Because he/she understands that managing time always lead to help in the Productivity. He/she will feel in charge through the life. As managing time leads to reduce the Stress & releases Energy.
The number of amount of work is done consistently in a given amount of time is considered as Productivity . The answer is already hidden in the definition . It's clear , time management leads to increase in productivity. The more the individual want the work to be done and be more & more productive, Good managing time skills and qualities are essential and required too.
To be more productive , firstly and most importantly you need to know Yourself & you need to understand yourself. The way you manage and priortize & organise the time , the more productive you will be.
No secret hidden behind the fact that managing time qualities make the individual more productive as well as successful and efficient as a working professional. The overall productivity of one's often goes for a toss when an individual is working on unimportant tasks but managing time qualities let you tick off tasks that are both important as well as unimportant and urgent on time.
To be more productive that means to maintain steady and average speed on the few things rather than maintaining maximum speed on everything. If an individual break down the time into a small manageable way , then it becomes easier and allows an individual to minimize the time that is wasted and leads to increase in the productivity.
There are many people who can inspire you by their stories , as they are world most successful people who known for time management and being a more productive individual. Let's take an example :- 
Benjamin Franklin (Father of Productivity) , acc. to him , making an own time period is one the best ways to manage the time and increasing the productivity. 
Elon Musk (World's Most Productive Entrepreneurs) , he always follows his own schedule, and focus on enhancing the productivity by thinking all the time what he is doing , how can he do , how can he manage and how he could do it more better than ever. 
These examples clearly shows each and every one of us that the significance of not only maintaining a personal schedule but also working on self refinement as well as development continually and doing the things even more better. For this an individual need to find the ways in his/her life to enhance and hone the productivity.
Whenever an individual make their own schedule time period for making the things to be done more effective and efficiently during the day , then he/she must truly find themselves having a more better work life balance as you will waste less time on distraction like net surfing on social media or on another things and that time which is wasted an individual could dedicate to being productive.
