HR Head's Responsibilities:
1)Accepting and filtering student applications for our B School.
2) Assessing applications according to our eligibility criteria.
3) Organizing and filing recruitment documentation.
4) Providing consultations with prospective students when requested.
5) Referring prospective students to specific program directors for additional information (when needed)
6) Processing student registration and payment.
7) Communicate with applicants about their application status, including acceptance/rejection
7) Responding to information requests
8) Participating in (or delivering) info sessions if needed
9) Getting Resources for all info sessions if needed.
10) Participating in PPT / Zoom Meeting Sessions if needed. [ Need to be excellent in PPT making]
The HR Head is also engaged with all procedures which are specifically performed to select potential candidates or say students for the organization.
