In these current times where the whole world has turned upside down due to the COVID-19 pandemic HR managers are facing a lot of challenges too. But here is a silver lining amidst all this, an HR can still continue to work from home while maintaining same smoothness and efficiency in the entire process by using social media.
Aviation HR managers can still post about the openings in their firm on various online platforms like LinkedIn, Facebook, Internshala, etc  and take their recruitment process to another level. 
They can also write some inspirational and motivational blogs for their own employees and tell them not to feel insecure about their job. Especially employees belonging to Aviation industry should be motivated,as we all know that the industry is moving on a downward trend but not to forget that "No one learns to fly high in a day" .
Aviation HR managers can also keep their employees on the same page as they are by talking about the company's Policy and Procedures post lockdown and the company is going to bounce back. This will make the employees more like a family and they ll realize that we are all in this together.
HR managers can also post some interesting essay competitions on social media to keep their employees engaged. Keeping their employees engaged professionally is what is needed at such times.
Posting some recent trends about the Aviation industry on their official pages can also help others stay up to date.
