In your daily role at @Flying-Crews, you are tasked with a diverse set of responsibilities geared toward enhancing operations and fostering growth. These include:

Job Openings Identification and Posting:

Identify and post a minimum of 6 airline job openings daily in key regions (AU, CA, USA, UK, UAE, NZ) on the dedicated job board.
Ensure the accuracy and currency of job listings for an optimal experience for both job seekers and airlines.

Social Media Engagement:

Post a minimum of 6 airline job openings on LinkedIn to facilitate networking and professional connections.
Create captivating videos for YouTube showcasing exciting opportunities within the aviation industry.
Share a minimum of 6 job openings on Instagram and Quora to reach diverse online communities.

Internship Opportunities:

Post a SIP Internship Job opening on LinkedIn to contribute to the development of emerging talent within the aviation sector.

Learning and Development:

Strategically plan and edit HR books to align resources with industry trends and best practices.
Develop and deliver HR courses to enhance the skills and knowledge of aviation professionals.

Reporting:

Compile a comprehensive daily report summarizing accomplishments, challenges, and notable activities.
Prepare a Next Day Work Plan outlining priorities and tasks for the following day to ensure efficiency and productivity.

Through consistently executing these tasks, your aim is to make a meaningful contribution to the growth and success of @Flying-Crews while fostering a vibrant and well-connected aviation community.
