Responsibilities:

Actively contribute to diverse management initiatives, spanning project planning, execution, and evaluation.
Conduct in-depth market research and analysis to identify industry trends, competitors, and potential growth opportunities.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline processes, thereby improving organizational effectiveness.
Assist in the development and implementation of strategies aimed at optimizing operational efficiency and enhancing customer satisfaction.

Qualifications:

Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Business Administration, Management, Aviation Management, or a related field.
Possess a strong passion for the aviation industry and a keen interest in contemporary management practices.
Exhibit excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
Demonstrate proficiency in the new software platforms.
Display self-motivation, attention to detail, and efficiency in managing multiple tasks.
Previous internship experience or involvement in relevant projects is considered a valuable asset.
