Are you ready to soar to new heights in your career? 🚀 Air Canada invites passionate individuals to join our iconic team at the forefront of passenger aviation. We are currently seeking dynamic Aircraft Technicians or Aircraft Maintenance Engineers for permanent full-time positions at our Calgary Maintenance Centre.

As an Aircraft Maintenance Engineer at Air Canada, you'll play a crucial role in airframe maintenance, ensuring the safety and reliability of our fleet. 🛠️ Here's what we're looking for:

✔️ Proficiency in using the correct tools, methods, techniques, and equipment for aircraft maintenance.
✔️ Ability to read and understand various schematic diagrams for maintenance troubleshooting.
✔️ Strong computer and diagnostic tool skills.
✔️ Excellent written and verbal communication skills, coupled with a customer-focused attitude in high-stress environments.

Qualifications:

High School diploma.
Completion of a recognized apprenticeship program or at least 4 years of industry-related experience.
Transport Canada AME M2 or M1 licence (Mandatory).
Valid driver's licence (Mandatory).
Successful completion of pre-employment qualifying exam, physical, and security check.
Availability for night, evening, and day shifts, including weekends and holidays.
Ability to obtain an airside vehicle operator’s permit (Mandatory).
Possession of a restricted radio operator's permit (aviation).
Meet Air Canada medical standards, including a drug and alcohol test.

Location: Calgary, AB, Canada (Onsite)

Salary: Based on experience

Aircraft Maintenance Engineer: Up to $42.93/hour

Junior Mechanic: $26.74/hour
