About the Role
Asiatic International Corp is looking for a young, energetic and creative HR Professional who wants to build a career beyond traditional HR administration.
The HR Executive will Work across multiple Startups and Projects, supporting Recruitment, Internships, Campus hiring, employer Branding, LinkedIn visibility, Team coordination, university Relationships, and Business collaborations.
This role is ideal for someone curious, proactive, organized, and comfortable taking ownership in a dynamic Startup Environment.
Key Responsibilities
Research and identify Aviation Job openings across Australia, Canada, USA, UK, UAE, and New Zealand.
Collaborate with airlines, Aviation companies, and industry stakeholders to understand recruitment requirements and hiring needs.
Create, publish, and regularly update accurate Job listings on Flying-Crews.com.
Monitor Job listing performance and implement improvements to increase candidate engagement and platform visibility.
Engage with Aviation Professionals, candidates, and Job Seekers to ensure a seamless platform Experience.
Build and maintain Relationships with airlines, Aviation companies, clients, and other industry partners.
Work with the Marketing & Communications team to promote Job listings, hiring campaigns, and employer visibility initiatives.
Collaborate with the Development team to improve the functionality and user Experience of the Flying-Crews.com Job board.
Support HR operations across multiple startups and business Projects.
Assist in managing internship, campus hiring, and university recruitment programs.
Coordinate with colleges, universities, placement officers, and academic institutions for hiring and partnership initiatives.
Support employer branding, LinkedIn content, recruitment campaigns, and company visibility activities.
Coordinate with employees, interns, candidates, clients, and external stakeholders across various Projects.
Assist in managing interns and Project teams, including task coordination, follow-ups, meetings, and deadlines.
Support HR policies, internal communication, employee engagement, and day-to-day HR activities.
Assist senior management with administrative, HR, operational, and business-related requirements.
Participate in client collaborations, university partnerships, corporate tie-ups, and strategic business initiatives.
Research potential clients, companies, institutions, and collaboration opportunities to support business growth.
Contribute to Projects focused on business development, partnerships, and revenue generation.
Take ownership of additional responsibilities and Projects based on evolving business requirements.
What We Are Looking For
0–2 years of Experience in HR, Recruitment, talent acquisition, Internships or a related field.
Freshers with strong Internships, Projects or demonstrated Recruitment Experience are welcome.
Excellent communication and coordination skills.
Basic understanding of Recruitment and HR processes.
Comfortable using LinkedIn and other digital platforms.
Ability to write clear and Professional JDs and Recruitment communication.
Strong follow-up and organizational skills.
Creative approach to Recruitment and employer Branding.
Ability to Work on multiple assignments at the same time.
Self-disciplined and comfortable Working independently.
Willingness to learn and take on responsibilities outside routine HR Work.
Prior exposure to Startup Environments, Campus hiring, Internships, employer Branding, Team coordination or Client/university collaborations will be an advantage.

Requirements:
MBA in HR Management or equivalent Experience in a related field.
Fresher up to 2 years of Experience in Human Resources, with a focus on recruitment, employee Relations, and policy development.
Strong interpersonal, leadership, and communication skills.
Ability to Work in a fast-paced environment and Manage multiple Projects simultaneously.
Proficiency in HR Management software and tools.
