Roles and Responsibilities:
Manage external and internal hiring process .
Creating and managing dashboards for regular updates on hiring .
Working with the team,develop specific criteria for each search and coordinate the total recruiting project ensuring timely action,cost effective strategies, and a professional and positive contact from all candidates.
Develop more channels of recruitment .
Proactively identifying the issues and highlighting the prompt solutions .
Develop recruitment strategy .This may include job posting optimization,recruiting marketing channel development,job board procurement, comprehensive recruitment campaign planning,talent planning etc.
Eligibility Criteria :
MBA/PG Diploma in HR

Volume Hiring Experience
