Role Overview
Drive regional growth, adoption, and strategic partnerships for
AeroSoft Corp’s proprietary ABCD Strategy—our breakthrough
framework designed to supercharge web developers and content
creators. You will lead market expansion, build developer communities,
and empower professionals to achieve 2x to 10x gains in Productivity,
Speed, and Market Relevance.
Core Responsibilities
Spearhead regional sales and business development initiatives
across Maharashtra or Tamil Nadu.
Evangelize AeroSoft’s ABCD Strategy among web development
agencies, tech hubs, creator networks, and academic institutions.
Onboard key partners, enterprise clients, and professional
creators to our ecosystem.
Conduct high-impact workshops, demos, and presentations
focusing on AI integration, smart workflows, and digital
marketing tricks.
Achieve and exceed regional revenue, user-acquisition, and
engagement targets.
The ABCD Framework You Will Represent
Aim (2x–10x Productivity): Deliver practical methodologies to
massively scale output speed and content relevancy.
Basic Tricks & Tips:
Train users on high-efficiency workflows
tailored for developers and digital creators.
Smart Work Integration:
Replace brute-force effort with streamlined, automated operational
habits.
AI & Blogging Mastery:
Teach foundational and advanced leverage of AI tools alongside
modern blogging strategies.
Digital Marketing Execution:
Drive actionable growth through targeted digital marketing
tactics built into the ABCD roadmap.
CanCandidate Profile
1+ years of experience in B2B SaaS sales, business development,
or Tech community building.
Deep familiarity with the regional tech and creator ecosystem in
Maharashtra (Mumbai/Pune hubs) or Tamil Nadu
(Chennai/Coimbatore hubs).
Strong working knowledge of web development trends, AI tools,
content creation, and digital marketing.
Exceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
in English and regional languages (Marathi or Tamil).
