Role Overview
AeroSoft Corp is hiring a high-impact Regional Growth & Community Lead to drive adoption, enterprise partnerships, and ecosystem expansion for our proprietary ABCD Strategy.
In this role, you will build regional developer communities, onboard agencies, and mentor creators to achieve 2x to 10x gains in productivity, speed, and market relevance through modern AI workflows, smart automation, and advanced digital marketing.
Core Responsibilities
Drive Regional Expansion: Lead B2B sales, community acquisition, and business development across tech hubs in Maharashtra or Tamil Nadu.
Evangelize the Framework: Promote AeroSoft’s ABCD Strategy across digital agencies, startups, tech incubators, creator networks, and academic institutions.
Lead Client Onboarding: Secure enterprise accounts, agency partners, and professional creator networks onto the AeroSoft platform.
Deliver Technical Workshops: Conduct interactive product demos, webinars, and masterclasses focusing on AI integration, automated developer workflows, and digital marketing execution.
Hit Performance Metrics: Consistently meet and exceed regional targets for revenue generation, active user adoption, and community engagement.
The ABCD Framework You Will Champion
A – Aim (2x–10x Productivity): Equip developers and creators with actionable methodologies to scale output, development speed, and organic reach.
B – Basic Tricks & Smart Workflows: Train users to eliminate repetitive manual tasks by adopting streamlined, agile operational habits.
C – Content & AI Mastery: Guide professionals on leveraging modern AI tools, prompt engineering, and scalable blogging systems.
D – Digital Marketing Execution: Teach high-conversion marketing funnels, organic SEO distribution, and growth tactics integrated directly into product workflows.
Candidate Profile
Experience: 1+ years of demonstrated success in B2B SaaS sales, tech community management, or business development.
Regional Network: Strong, active familiarity with regional tech ecosystems across Mumbai/Pune or Chennai/Coimbatore.
Technical Fluency: Working knowledge of modern web development trends, generative AI tools, content monetization, and SEO strategies.
Communication: Outstanding presentation, negotiation, and mentoring skills in English along with the local language (Marathi or Tamil).
Mindset: A consultative approach grounded in structured guidance, empathy, and measurable growth.
