We should constantly strive hard to achieve our goal and make our dream come true. To become a great leader we should work like a leader. A smart leader always keep 3 things in mind: - 

1)You can Achieve your Resolutions.

2)You can Accomplish your Goals.

3)You can make Your Dreams come true.

A SMART Leader stands for its consistency to be precise in every decision he/she makes. And consistency comes with hard work, experience, and Knowledge. Here, SMART stands for Specific, Measurable, Attainable, Realistic, and Tangible. Its means a leader should be: -

1)Specific enough to make a decision and choosing the right thing for one or for self (as a Goal) and for all (as a Leader).

2)Measurable means quantifiable. You must know accurately where you stand at any given point. You must be able to quantify how much you have left. It’s a matter of keeping score.

3)For your Goals to be Attainable, they must be within the realm of the possible limits.

4)The dream or decision you make should be Realistic enough to be achieved.

5)The one quality that will turbo-charge your goals more than anything else is to make your goals Tangible.

A faithful Dream is something that motivates you to work hard for it to earn it. When you become a Leader the consistency, and persistence come in you it’s all because of the Hardship that you have faced, and the concrete path that you have crossed to make your dream come true. It’s a long way but the ending will be fruitful for sure.
