  • Creating a replicable hiring campaign template

This case study details the background of the company, industry landscape, strategic execution, and results.

About Asiatic International Corp (Aircrews Aviation Pvt Ltd)

Asiatic International Corp, under the umbrella of AirCrews Aviation Pvt Ltd, is a futuristic business ecosystem focusing on niche digital startups and entrepreneurial ventures across sectors, including aviation, edtech, wellness, AI, eco-tourism, and personal branding.

Founded with a vision to create global leaders through mentorship, tech, and meaningful ventures, the company fosters real-world learning through:

  • Virtual internships

  • Startup launch support

  • Co-founder collaborations

  • Digital brand building

Headquartered in India with a global outreach, Asiatic empowers Gen Z professionals by providing hands-on startup roles and tools like AI, Virtual Setting, and strategic marketing.

Industry Landscape: Why Women Co-Founders Matter

The startup ecosystem globally is facing an equity gap:

  • Only 15% of startup founders are women (as per global Crunchbase reports).

  • Women-led startups generate 35% higher ROI, but face funding and visibility barriers.

India, though rapidly growing in its startup count (the 3rd largest in the world), still sees underrepresentation of women in founding roles, especially in tech and aviation domains.

Thus, a live co-founder hiring initiative focused on empowering women aged 21–35, not only served a business objective but also contributed to gender inclusivity and SDG 5: Gender Equality.

The Dark Side of Digital Intimacy: How Youngsters Are Falling Victim to Online Sex Chat & Video Call Scams

The Dark Side of Digital Intimacy: How Youngsters Are Falling Victim to Online Sex Chat & Video Call Scams

In the digital age, where Relationships are often just a tap away, a growing number of youngsters are being trApped in one of the most dangerous online Scams of the decade — sextortion. What begins as a casual chat soon spirals into a nightmare of blackmail, shame, and financial loss.

🚨 The Trap: How It All Starts

It often begins with a friendly Message on platforms like Instagram, Telegram, or random dating Apps. The Scammer — usually posing as an attractive person — starts a normal chat, builds trust, and gradually shifts the conversation toward intimacy.

Once the victim feels comfortable, they’re invited for a “private video call” or to join a “fun chat”. The offers might seem harmless — sometimes even marketed as “semi-nude” or “private” experiences for just ₹99 or ₹199.
But this is where the real Scam begins.

🎥 The Setup: Recording Without Consent

During the call, Scammers record the video conversation — often by tricking the victim into turning on their camera. Unknown to the victim, their video is being screen-recorded or edited to create a fake nude or explicit clip.

Shortly after, the victim receives a Message:

“We have your video. Pay ₹5,000 or we’ll send it to your family and friends.”

What was supposed to be a private interaction turns into a horrifying case of digital blackmail.

💸 The Extortion Game

Once the victim pays, the blackmail doesn’t stop. Scammers keep demanding more money, threatening to release the video online or send it to contacts.
Many youngsters panic and pay — hoping it will end — but it never does.

For Scammers, this has become a profitable business, run by organized cybercriminal groups from various countries, especially targeting Indian youth.

🧠 Realistic Example 1: The “99-Rupee Offer”

A 20-year-old college student from Pune came across a “Private Video Chat – ₹99 Only” ad on social media.
He joined the chat, thinking it was harmless fun. Within 10 minutes, he received a video of himself on a fake adult site — his face morphed onto someone else’s body. The Scammers demanded ₹10,000 to “delete” the video. Terrified, he borrowed money from friends and paid — only to be asked for ₹20,000 more.

💔 Realistic Example 2: Telegram Trap

A working professional from Delhi joined a Telegram group offering “semi-nude private calls.” After a 3-minute chat, his recorded video was edited and shared with his Instagram followers. Despite paying ₹25,000, the extortion continued for weeks.
Eventually, he filed a complaint with the Cyber Crime Cell, which traced the Scammers to a foreign network.

🛡️ Protect Yourself: What You Can Do

  1. Never share intimate photos or videos online, even in private chats.

  2. Avoid suspicious “paid chat” or “video call” offers — these are 99% Scams.

  3. Do not panic if blackmailed. Immediately:

    • Take screenshots of the chat.

    • Block the Scammer.

    • Report the account.

    • File a complaint at cybercrime.gov.in.

  4. Educate others — awareness is the strongest defense.

🌐 A Silent Epidemic

According to cybercrime data, cases of online sextortion and fake adult call Scams have risen by over 300% in the last three years. Most victims are between 18–30 years old, often too embarrassed to report the crime.
These Scams prey on curiosity and loneliness, exploiting the vulnerability of digital youth.

Digital intimacy should never come at the cost of safety or dignity. What Appears to be a moment of connection can quickly turn into months of emotional trauma and financial loss.
It’s time we talk openly about these Scams — not to shame victims, but to protect future ones.

Because awareness is not just power — it’s protection.
