About the Program
AeroSoft Corp invites applications from qualified academicians, technical trainers, and industry professionals for its flagship Train The Trainer (TTT) Program – 2026.
The objective of this program is to develop a select group of Master Trainers who will be certified to deliver the ABCD of Web Development curriculum and lead future training initiatives across India and international locations.
This program is designed for professionals who wish to build a career in technical education, training, leadership, and academic program management while contributing to the expansion of AeroSoft Corp's global training ecosystem.
Program Details
Positions Available
Master Trainer
Only 4 Master Trainer positions are available.
These positions are intended for professionals capable of leading technical training programs and building regional training teams.
Each selected Master Trainer will subsequently recruit, mentor, and supervise 16 Certified Trainers under their leadership, creating a structured training network within their assigned region.
Eligibility Criteria
Applications are invited from:
B.Tech Graduates
M.Tech Graduates
IIT Faculty Members
Engineering College Professors
Polytechnic Faculty
Technical Trainers
Software Professionals
IT Industry Professionals
Professionals with teaching or corporate training experience
Age Group
24–35 Years
Selection Process
Selection will be carried out through the following stages:
Stage 1
Merit-Based Shortlisting
Stage 2
Personal Interview
Final selection will be based on overall merit and interview performance.
Leadership Appointment
Selected candidates, upon successful completion of the program and meeting organizational requirements, may be appointed as Regional Directors.
Regional Directors will assist AeroSoft Corp in:
Delivering the ABCD of Web Development program.
Conducting Faculty Development Programs (FDPs).
Organizing workshops, seminars, and technical bootcamps.
Supporting institutional collaborations.
Recruiting, mentoring, and managing trainer teams.
Assisting in national and international academic and industry programs.
Expanding AeroSoft Corp's training initiatives across assigned regions.
Training Curriculum
Week 1 – Master Trainer Development
The first week focuses on preparing participants to become certified trainers for the ABCD of Web Development program.

Week 2 – Remote Pilot Training
The second week is dedicated to Remote Pilot Training, providing participants with practical exposure to emerging aviation technologies and expanding their multidisciplinary technical capabilities.
This module complements the trainer development program by introducing participants to one of the fastest-growing technology sectors.

Participants who successfully complete the program will receive multiple Professional Certifications, including certifications related to:
