What is a Digi Doc?

A Digi Doc is your professional digital profile that contains all your important information in one place. Instead of sharing your email, LinkedIn, company details, and social media handles separately, you can share one organized document.

Step 1: Create Your Bio (For Women Participants)

As part of our Women Empowerment Initiative, female participants are encouraged to create a professional bio in 3rd person form ( You have to write about yourself as a 3rd person)  and add it to a Google Document.

Sample Bios

Write a short professional introduction covering:

  • Your educational background

  • Skills and expertise

  • Career interests

  • Professional achievements

  • Future goals

Note: Male participants may proceed directly to Step 2.


Step 2: Add Your Name and Designation

Start your Digi Doc with your full name and designation.

Example

Shrishty Sharma

HR Specialist


We encourage interns to develop a professional mindset. Therefore, use designations direct as specialist and not an intern along with their profile such as:

  • HR Specialist

  • Marketing Specialist

  • Business Development Professional

  • Digital Marketing Specialist

  • Recruitment Specialist

  • Content Writing Specialist

By doing this your target audience, client, linkedin community peopl will take you more serious and you’ll be more authoritative as in individual also.  


Step 3: Add Your Company Name

Mention the full name of your assigned company.

Step 4: Create Two Professional Email IDs

Create two Gmail accounts:

Primary Email

For official communication.

Backup Email

For recovery and backup purposes.

Format Example

Shrishty.FlyingCrews@gmail.com

Step 5: Add Your Company Website

Include your assigned company's website URL.

Example

www.flying-crews.com

This helps others learn more about your organisation.


Step 6: Add Your LinkedIn Profile

LinkedIn is one of the most important professional networking platforms.

Instructions

  • Copy your LinkedIn profile URL.

  • Shorten the URL 

  • Add the shortened URL to your Digi Doc.

Step 7: Create and Add a Linktree Profile

Linktree allows you to showcase all your important links through a single URL.

Create your account and add:

  • LinkedIn

  • Company website

Step 8: Create and Add Your VCard

A VCard is a digital business card that contains your professional information.

Include:

  • Name

  • Designation

  • Company

  • Contact Information

  • Social Media Links

Add all your professional social media profiles.

Create a professional Facebook Page and add the link.
