• Releasing Offer Letter, Appointment Letter, Contract Letter,   & All other Letters.

• Orientation and Induction.

• HR Policies & Procedures.

• Validating all Documents.

• Employee Engagement Activities.

• Maintaining the resource database of organization.

- Own the entire UnPaid Digi Marketing strategy to acquire users through multiple channels in the most optimized manner.

- Tracking efficiencies of the marketing all SM channels including Facebook, Google campaigns, and Social Media campaigns.

- Be experimental in exploring new channels to drive traffic and acquisition which includes performance marketing through FB, Linkedin, Instagram and pre-installs through OEMs.

- Leveraging vernacular intelligence in all  SM ads by coordinating with community managers across languages.

- Liaison with the RM, HR, Marketing and Design team to experiment new creatives on Daily/Weekly / Monthly  basis

- Set up daily performance reports to SM Analyse the Performance and further Optimise Campaigns.
