Job Description / Responsibilities: 

1. Able to assist in recruitment & Selection processes
2. Capable in conducting & handling joining, induction & training programs
3. Ensuring adherence of various reporting systems 
4. Maintenance of office equipment’s, business /customer contact database and various other files. 
5. Processing staff remuneration
6. Maintenance & responsible for pantry, housekeeping systems, stationary & courier management.
7. Responsible for office management, guest/ client relationship, vehicle & travel management
8. Organizing events such as Rewards & Recognition and fun at work activities etc.
9. Other basic HR & Admin functions
10. Follow up with various agencies
11. Mail/ Letter correspondences
12. Providing administrative support to all staff in performing several routine & general functions 
13. Management & coordination with vendors and customers.
14. Processing & Coordination for payment of various bills and other work.
15. Telephone, Mobile & other utilities management.


Desired Profile of the Candidate

Functional Area:  Admin. and HR 

Level of Designation  [Managerial ] 

Education:  Post Graduate in Management  

 CTC : Revenue Sharing Basis

Basic Skills:

- Capable of working in and with a Team Work from Home
- Perfect in English and Hindi
- Proficient in Computer Operations [Basics, MS Office, Internet operations]
- Good Communication Skills
- Strong Negotiation Skills
