The only solution is to save.

All family members please note:

01 there should be no empty stomach

02 do not fast

03 hours of sunshine every day

04 Do not use  AC

05 Drink warm water, keep the throat wet

06 Mustard oil in the nose

07 burn that camphor in google

08 Add half teaspoon dry ginger to each vegetable

09 Use Cinnamon

Drink a cup of turmeric in 10 nights of milk

Eat a spoon of Chavanprash if possible

12 Put camphor and cloves in the house and fumigate it.

13 Drink a clove in  morning tea

14 Eat only more oranges in  fruits

15. Amla in any form, pickle, jam, powder etc. should be eaten.

If you want to defeat Corona, please do it all.

Praying with folded hands, send this information to those who know you.

Turmeric in milk will increase immunity in your body.

07  घर में कपूर वह गूगल जलाएं

08  आधा चम्मच सोंठ हर सब्जी में डालें

09  दालचीनी का प्रयोग करें

10  रात को एक कप दुध में हल्दी डालकर पिये

11  हो सके तो एक चम्मच चवनप्राश खाएं

12  घर में कपूर और लौंग डाल कर धूनी दें

13  सुबह की चाय में एक लौंग डाल कर पिएं

14  फल में सिर्फ संतरा ज्यादा से ज्यादा खाएं

15. आंवला किसी भी रुप में चाहे अचार, मुरब्बा,चूर्ण इत्यादि खाएं।

यदि आप Corona  को हराना चाहते हो तो कृपा करके ये सब अपनाइए।

हाथ जोड़ कर प्रार्थना है अपने जानने वालों को भी यह जानकारी भेजें।
