PREFACE

  

AN ACT FOR THE ESTABLISHMENT OF THE INTERNATIONAL MBA CLUB OF ASIA FOR THE PURPOSES THEREWITH

Whereas, the interns and MBA aspirants require adequate exemplification to ensure that their welfares are accredited, and;

Whereas, the communication between the respective organization and interns, MBA aspirants and MBA graduates require acceleration, and; Whereas, the overall professional development and networking of MBA graduates is significant.

ARTICLE 1. TITLE, ESTABLISHMENT, MISSION AND PURPOSE

SECTION 1: TITLE

This act shall be quoted as The International MBA Club of Asia Constitution and Bylaws.

SECTION 2: ESTABLISHEMENT OF THE MBA ASSOCIATION

This constitution shall form and authorize the MBA Association and its Executive members.

SECTION 3: MISSION

The mission of International MBA Club of Asia, MBA Association is to strengthen and develop the relationship between AirCews Aviation Private Ltd. and its network of Interns, MBA graduates, aspirants and job-seekers all over the Asian continent.

SECTION 4: PURPOSES

3.1 To promote interactions among MBA graduates, MBA aspirants, interns, job-seekers, employers and the community through activities and tasks that enhances the professional, cultural and personal life of MBAs.

3.2  To embolden the professional development of its members through connections and networking with members of the business community.

3.3 To provide a medium to voice management concerns, business related concerns and communicate these concerns to the administration and the members of AirCrews Aviation Private Ltd.

3.4 To provide social events and to assist in the orientation of new members in order to foster a sense of community and belongingness.

3.5 To promote relations with the organization as whole and develop integrity.

3.6 To help assist other extracurricular activities of interest to the members of the association.

हम आत्मानबीर भारत के बारे में बात करते हैं, और दूसरी ओर हम स्पाइसजेट एयरलाइंस लिमिटेड की घोषणा एक राष्ट्रीय वाहक के रूप में अमेरिका और ब्रिटेन के लिए करते हैं।

We talk about Atmanirbhar Bharat, and on the other hand we announce the SpiceJet Airlines Ltd  as a national carrier designated to US and UK. 
In fact surprisingly, Spice jet does not have such airplanes. 
They will wet lease the Pilot, the crew and the aircraft from the foreign countries. 
Does that mean, The Air India now has got buried by this announcement and Jet airways’ slots are given to them?  
Because even when we have the aircrafts of Air India and Vistara free, we are choosing wet lease from the foreign countries.
In this situation where the whole country is surviving with this pandemic. 
The pilots and the crews is not getting their full salary because of the economic crisis we are facing not only in the aviation industry, but over the country, where we are sitting at our home idly and do not have any idea about our future. 
In this situation, to what extent is it right to take away their employment. Is it the way to make the new India or making India ATMANIRBHAR?

इस स्थिति में जहां पूरा देश इस महामारी से बच रहा है।

पायलट और चालक दल को अपना पूरा वेतन नहीं मिल रहा है क्योंकि आर्थिक संकट का सामना हम न केवल विमानन उद्योग में कर रहे हैं, बल्कि देश भर में, जहां हम अपने घर पर बैठे हैं और हमारे भविष्य के बारे में कोई विचार नहीं है।


इस स्थिति में, उनका रोजगार छीन लेना किस हद तक सही है। क्या यह नया भारत बनाने या भारत को ATMANIRBHAR बनाने का तरीका है?
