The following is a list of some Ground Rules that need to be followed by all the team members for the Virtual Aviation Job Fest 2020:
1. The team members need to follow the hierarchy seriously.
2. As the Project Head, Devyani Deshmukh will be contacting the Assistant Project Heads only.
3. It is the responsibility of the Asst. Project Heads to get the work done from the team members within the given time frame.
4. If the Team members are not working seriously, the Assistant Project Heads can change their team members, if needed.
5. It is the responsibility of the Asst. Project Heads to acquire consensus on all team decisions.
6. If anybody feels that they are stuck with a problem, do not hesitate to ask for help.
7. Set deadlines for each deliverable.
8. During the project, all team members are expected to be online on WhatsApp.
Primary mode of communication will be WhatsApp only.
9. Frequent meetings will be held.
10. No misconduct will be tolerated and disciplinary action will be taken.
11. Interns are expected to be very active on all social media.
12. Use 1st name to call Team Members / Clients.

13. Treat each other with Respect and Dignity.
14. Everyone should have a full Signature and digital card ready with updated social media. Share all your work on Social Media.
15. Please maintain a professional decorum during this project.
16. Please Add your Signature after every Report / Document submitted.
