Internship Protocols

Project Title  : 
Work of An Aviation HR in Covid19  Era 
Guide, Motivate and Perform Smart Work Not Hard Work
✓From Monday to Friday, work timings are 1000 hours to 1800 hours and on Saturday it is 1100 hours to 1430 hours, since it is COVID 19 period so the timings are subject to change.
✓Get ready with your resources properly so as to do the tasks comfortably before starting the internship.
✓All interns should respond when your Incharge sends you the worksheet and also when you complete and send it through mail, you should inform to your incharge that you have submitted the report to them.
✓During the work timings, all interns expected to be online on Whatsapp.
✓No dual or multiple internship will be allowed without written permission.
✓Kindly adhere to the deadlines and submit your task through mails.
(Copy-Paste it in mail. Do not send word document)
 ✓If you have any query related to task, you may ask to your Incharge.
 ✓Do not argue with your mentor or incharge in respect of tasks and deadlines.
 ✓All the work will be done through PC/Laptop; do not use Mobile for Internship.
✓Make sure your signature must be added at the end of the document/ mail body of each and every task you do.
✓All tasks will be viewed seriously.
 ✓Refer given link or any book or file but do not copy paste the information. 
 ✓Use creativity. Make sure whatever you write is unique and motivated.
 ✓We will be announcing “Star of the week” at the end of the week, whose work is excellent.
 ✓Interns are expected to be very active on all social media platforms with the updated designation.
 ✓Each one should have Bio and official ID of Aircrews Aviation Pvt Ltd. before the start of the internship.
 ✓No leakage of Confidential Information will be tolerated else your internship will be subject to cancellation or legal action or both.
 ✓Use first Name to call Team Members.  No Sir / Ma’am, please.
 ✓Do not misuse personal details of your mentor/incharge or team member during this internship.
 ✓As you know this is a unpaid internship, so interns should not make inconvenience after accepting the offer.
