All Dream demands struggle. Those who have everything given to them become lazy, selfish, and insensitive to the real values of life. The very striving and hard work that we so constantly try to avoid is the major building block in the person we are today.Big dreams can be inspiring and can fuel your ambitions in life, but if you are not willing to work hard, then all you have are dreams and have lost the chance of living those dreams. So Believe in your dreams, convert them into action, and don't be afraid to fail. There are many lessons to be learnt in getting up after failing. So, go ahead, dream big and work hard.
From the beginning of life that phase is childhood , we all have experienced that we select the bigger things without knowing about it. So why don't you go for bigger while choosing your dreams.
If you have to dream why not always dream big, if you missed you will still touch the highest probability of success. There is no such thing as failure, it is just an experience. Hack your mind to achieve the impossible. Dream Big, Work Hard, there is no shortcut.

Before you can start working towards achieving your dreams, the first step is to believe in them. Believing in your own dreams means that even if your dreams are big, you have faith that you can make them a reality. Believing that this is possible will give you the right kind of motivation to work hard to achieve them. Write down your dreams, and constantly visualise them.
LIVE, PLAN AND ACTION
Dreams don’t work unless you do,This is true, because dreaming without a plan of how to make those dreams a reality will get you nowhere, and could leave you feeling frustrated. Planning is crucial for converting your dreams into action. Start your plan of action by setting attainable goals for yourself. Small steps over time will eventually lead you to where you want to be. It may not happen overnight, and it may be hard, but it will happen, as long as you keep taking action.
Go for it now. The future is promised to no one.
There is one saying that goes like this “There is no time like the present” and it means don’t waste any more precious time. Do all you have to do NOW. Don’t wait until tomorrow, since you never know what tomorrow’s got for you. Don’t think about the past, live your present and be patient till your future becomes your present, as planning it in advance is of no worth.
All of that might sound impossible when first deciding that’s what you want. And certainly, some dreams will take more work (and time) than others to pull off and hard work.

Dream it, write it, save it, and then make it happen. Promise yourself that your dreams will become your symbols of achievement. Colour your dreams; paste them on the refrigerator door with magnets. Sprinkle a little water of knowledge on your dreams by going on line and researching the potential and possibilities of achievement. Understanding the degree of difficulty will give you a time frame to attach to the dream.Believe in yourself and know that you can accomplish the dreams that you have set. Work hard and strive for excellence in all that you do. Be true to yourself and understand, the harder you work the luckier you get. Believe in yourself and your dreams will come true.
Working hard is the key of achieving your dreams. Hard work is the most important key to success. Achievements without hard work are impossible. An idle person can never gain anything if they sit and wait for a better opportunity to come. The person who is working hard is able to gain success and complete there dreams in life.There is a well-known proverb “no pain, no gain” hard work never goes wasted. Although it may be later or sooner success comes to your feet. “One percent inspiration, 99 percent perspiration”—Edison’s definition of genius has often been quoted to characterize success as well. Even before Edison, the rigors of success were described by painter Michelangelo thus: “if people knew how hard I had to work to gain my mastery, it wouldn’t seem wonderful at all.” I’m a greater believer in luck, and I find the harder I work the more I have of it. All people have taken in different style but followed up with same idea of DREAM BIG AND WORK SMART.
